Well, I did it. After years of diversity based recruiting, I finally made it official. In November, I took the class and passed the certification test for the CDR (Certified Diversity Recruiter). I have received inspiration for this post from several fellow bloggers ? yawl know who you are. I have wanted to do this for myself; I guess another form of soul searching.
