How to use HTML signature in Microsoft Outlook 2007
Unlike Outlook Express and the older versions of Microsoft Outlook, creating an HTML signature in Microsoft Outlook 2007 is no longer easy. The option to install a signature file is no longer available in Outlook 2007. If you try to paste the HTML code, it will only show up as text.
